Privacy Policy

How we handle the personal data of people who write to us through the contact form. In short: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply to you, and the site doesn't track you in any way.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form on the Let's talk page:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Company name, if you sign up as a business
  • The message you write

We don't collect any data automatically beyond what's described in the cookies section below: the site doesn't use profiling cookies, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools.

Why we collect it (purpose and legal basis)

We use this data exclusively to:

  • Reply to your contact request
  • Send you an automatic confirmation email that we've received it

The legal basis for the processing is the consent you give by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form.

How it's processed and who receives it

Data entered in the form is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue S.A.S., France), the service we use exclusively for the technical delivery of the two emails described above (the notification to us and the confirmation to you). Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf, only for this purpose — we don't use it for marketing, advertising or tracking, and it doesn't automatically sign you up to any newsletter.

If you consent to statistics cookies, the browsing data collected by Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, visit duration, device type, approximate origin) is processed by Google Ireland Limited as data processor, and may be transferred to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework. Your IP address is truncated by Google before being stored. Without your consent this data isn't collected: the service stays loaded but disabled.

The data isn't transferred, sold or shared with any other third party, nor used for purposes other than the one you provided it for.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from your request in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle it, and for any retention required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right, at any time, to:

  • Access your data and know how it's processed
  • Request correction if it's inaccurate
  • Request deletion
  • Object to the processing or withdraw consent already given
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali)
